Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

We can cancel your course if a request is made within 24 hours of payment of fee or enrolment. The request has to be made at info@mentome.com with your email ID and Phone number used during registration or by calling us on +91-9321506266 or +91-7504049982. The request will be accepted formally by email only.

Refund Policy:

All course plans come with a demo and learning reference materials. Refund will be applicable within 7 days of enrolment, for the services/products availed.

A Refund Request will be deemed valid only if it is made through an email to info@mentome.com within 7 days from the start of the program/course.

Refund will be considered only if informed, within 7 days from the date of enrolment else will be invalid.

The return will be basis Company Policy and its services. If learning is availed during the period, then a refund will be calculated basis the use/availing of the services. Terms and conditions apply.

Refunds shall be made to the bank account within 45 working days from your refund request raised/email received with us in writing.
